Operation KillSwitch, led by Hamburg police with Europol and Eurojust, searched eight properties in four countries on 30 September and made three arrests. The suspected administrator is a 16-year-old Romanian national detained in Alicante. The age is the headline; the service model is why that job could be held by a teenager.
